Las entidades oficiales a que se refieren el artículo 4º del Decreto 848 de 1990, modificado por el artículo 2º del Decreto 1195 de 1990, podrán programar y dictar los cursos de capacitación y actualización de que trata este Decreto, informando a la Policía Nacional, sobre su realización, nombre del responsable del curso y nombres con documento de identidad de sus participantes, a quienes se les expedirá el correspondiente certificado de idoneidad.
