Previo un estudio técnico del acueducto de Fredonia, hecho por la Sección del Ministerio de Obras Públicas encargada de ese ramo, el Gobierno procederá a hacer en esa obra las reparaciones y reformas que sean indispensables, en armonía con las necesidades de ese Municipio.
