El pago de los derechos de aduana se garantizarán mediante la constitución de un depósito provisional en las entidades bancarias oficiales que para tal efecto autorice la Dirección General de Tesorería del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. El valor del depósito provisional no podrá ser inferior al total de los derechos liquidados en el formulario del manifiesto por el importador o su agente de aduana.
