º El funcionario puede utilizar la vía que considere más conveniente para el transporte de su equipaje; pero el Ministerio sólo le reconocerá la suma menor que resulte de comparar el monto efectivamente pagado con las tarifas de transporte marítimo o terrestre entre los puntos de origen y destino, de acuerdo con las cotizaciones que suministre el interesado o que se obtengan de firmas especializadas en transporte internacional de carga.
