Art 15. Los Presidentes o Gobernadores de los Estados o Prefectos de los Territorios nacionales dispondrán que se demarquen los terrenos ocupados, en los términos de los artículos anteriores, i pasarán las dilijencias a la Secretaría de Hacienda para que espida el correspondiente título de adjudicacion.
