La Oficina del Crédito nacional emitirá los vales de renta nominal a que se refiere el artículo precedente, a favor de los correspondientes patronos, capellanes o párrocos, segun las respectivas fundaciones; i el pago de los intereses se hará por semestres vencidos en las oficinas de hacienda que designe el Poder Ejecutivo, a los mismos patronos, capellanes o párrocos, o a los apoderados que éstos individualmente instituyan por medio de escrituras públicas, espedidas i autenticadas legalmente.
