Art. 6.° Siempre que las leyes fiscales, o relativas al Crédito púbico, señalen alguna fecha para la ejecucion de algun acto o actos, se entenderá que tales actos se ejecutan válidamente ocurriéndose dentro de la fecha señalada a la oficina nacional del respectivo Estado, para hacer manifestacion de que se quiere ejecutar el acto para el cual se haya lijado tal fecha. La oficina respectiva dará al interesado o solicitante una nota dirijida al Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional, haciendo constar o participando la fecha en que se hizo tal manifestacion.
