Destrucción, supresión y ocultamiento de documento público. El que destruya, suprima u oculte total o parcialmente documento público que pueda servir de prueba incurrirá en prisión de dos a ocho años. Si el hecho fuere realizado por empleado oficial en ejercicio de sus funciones, se impondrá prisión de tres a diez años".
