Art. 6.° En el primer caso son recaudadores de la renta los rematadores ; y en el segundo, los Recaudadores de Hacienda ; pero en este gobernador podrá crear Recaudadores especiales cuando lo estime conveniente y asignarles círculos de recaudación. La Junta Superior de Hacienda también podrá celebrar contratos para la administración de la renta, pero sujetándolos á la aprobación del Gobernador.
