Objeto. Las normas contenidas en la presente sección tienen por objeto adoptar medidas para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas en el artículo 34 de la Ley 336 de 1996, respecto del acceso universal a la seguridad social de los conductores de los equipos destinados al Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Individual de Pasajeros en Vehículos Taxi y facilitar el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio requeridos por el ordenamiento jurídico.
