Trasládase del artículo 421 al 419 de la Ley de Apropiaciones de la actual vigencia, la suma de quinientos pesos ($ 500), con destino a cubrir los mayores gastos fijos que ocasionará la Oficina de Información de Colombia en Hamburgo, en los meses que faltan del presente año.

Parágrafo

En el libro de apropiaciones respectivo se dejará la debida constancia.
