De todos los concursos que se realicen las entidades deberán llevar un archivo que contenga

Convocatoria.

Constancia del medio de divulgación empleado.

Lista de admitidos y rechazados.

Informe sobre cada prueba practicada, en el que figuren los factores evaluados, el sistema de calificación y los puntajes obtenidos por cada uno de los aspirantes, firmado por quienes actuaron como jurados de dichas pruebas.

Acta del concurso y lista de elegibles.

Resolución o acto administrativo mediante el cual se declaró desierto o sin efecto el concurso si fuera del caso. NOMBRAMIENTO EN PERIODO DE PRUEBA E INSCRIPCION EN EL ESCALAFON DE LA CARRERA ADMINISTRATIVA.
