El Ministerio de Comunicaciones proveerá a las ligas o asociaciones nacionales de los exámenes en un término no mayor de setenta y dos (72) horas antes de su realización, extractado de un banco de preguntas previamente aprobado, y versarán sobre los temas que haya determinado mediante resolución.
