º Las Juntas Directivas De Los Establecimientos Públicos Que Administran Zonas Francas Industriales Y Comerciales Podrán Expedir Mediante Acuerdo, Los Estatutos Tarifarios Que Aplicarán Por Los Servicios Que Presten A Sus Usuarios, Sujetándose En Todo Caso A Lo Preceptuado En El Presente Decreto

º Las Juntas Directivas de los establecimientos públicos que administran Zonas Francas Industriales y Comerciales podrán expedir mediante acuerdo, los Estatutos Tarifarios que aplicarán por los servicios que presten a sus usuarios, sujetándose en todo caso a lo preceptuado en el presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

Los Acuerdos de Junta Directiva mediante los cuales se establezcan tarifas, tasas y demás emolumentos que deban percibir los establecimientos púbiicos que administran Zonas Francas por razón de sus actividades, no necesitarán la posterior aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, salvo que sus estatutos así lo establezcan.
