Los programas de estaciones se sujetarán a las siguientes bases: 1º. Ofrecerán al radioescucha, temas o asuntos científicos, culturales o artísticos. 2º. Incluirán en sus sesiones musicales un 20 por 100 de música colombiana no grabada.
