El funcionario comisionado practicará las diligencias ordenadas en la ampliación dentro del término que se le haya señalado y devolverá el proceso al Juez comitente al vencimiento del término, o antes si fuere posible. Si vencido ese plazo el funcionario no devolviere el.sumario con la comisión cumplida, el Juez lo reclamará con apercibimiento de multas hasta de cincuenta pesos, que impondrá disciplinariamente él mismo.
