Ley 4 de 1951 · Por la cual se decreta de utilidad pública una zona forestal

Destínase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($500.000.00) para el pago de las indemnizaciones a que hubiere lugar por razón de la expropiación de predios de dominio privado, cultivos y mejoras existentes dentro de la zona que se declara de utilidad pública.

Parágrafo

La suma que se decreta por medio de este artículo la entregará la Nación al Instituto de Parcelaciones, Colonización y Defensa Forestal para que esta entidad proceda al pago de las indemnizaciones a que hubiere lugar, obrando en un todo de acuerdo con el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería.
