Ley 96 de 1959 · Por la cual se ordena el estudio, trazado y construcción de dos ramales en el Ferrocarril del Atlántico

El Gobierno procederá a realizar los estudios y trazados correspondientes a dos ramales férreos, así:

Ramal 1°. Que unirá el Ferrocarril del Atlántico con la ciudad de Barranquilla, partiendo de Fundación, o del lugar que los estudios determinen.

Ramal 2°. Que unirá el Ferrocarril del Atlántico con la ciudad de Cartagena, partiendo del lugar que los estudios determinen.

Parágrafo

Una vez concluidos los estudios y trazados a que refiere este artículo, si el Consejo. Nacional de Política Económica y Planeación conceptúa favorablemente sobre la conveniencia de las obras, se procederá a su construcción.
