En caso de muerte de un Oficial de la Fuerzas Militares que se halle separado temporalmente, sus herederos en el orden establecido en este Estatuto tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los herederos de los Oficiales que fallezcan en servicio activo.
