Licencias. La licencia de que trata el artículo precedente de este Capítulo, será otorgada por la Autoridad Marítima Nacional previo el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos:

1.

Requisitos comunes para personas naturales o jurídicas:

a)

Poder, cuando se actúe por medio de apoderado o persona diferente al Representante Legal.

b)

No encontrarse la persona natural o jurídica, sus directores o administradores, inhabilitados para el ejercicio de actividades comerciales;

2.

Además de los requisitos anteriores, tanto las personas naturales como jurídicas deberán cumplir con los siguientes:

a)

PERSONAS NATURALES.

a.1. Ser mayor de edad y tener capacidad para ejercer por sí mismo el comercio.

a.2. Tener domicilio permanente en el país y registrarlo ante la autoridad marítima nacional.

b)

PERSONAS JURÍDICAS.

b.1. Estar legalmente constituida.
