º Los empleados de manejo que hubieren recibido como moneda nacional las cédulas y bonos del Banco López, violando así el artículo 9.º d-e la Ley 108 de 1919, que fijó los únicos documentos de crédito que pueden recibirse como dinero en el pago de contribuciones, son responsables de las cantidades que esos bonos y cédulas representes y deben reintegrar el valor respectivo.
