Llamamento al servicio activo . El personal del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional retirado podrá ser reincorporado al servicio activo, en cualquier tiempo, a solicitud de parte o por voluntad de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúa de lo dispuesto en este artículo a quienes hayan sido retirados por las causales previstas en los literales a), b), c), d), e) y (f. del numeral 2 del artículo 56 del presente Decreto.
