ARTICULO 70 . Notificaciones. Las sanciones deben notificarse en forma personal, previa citación al investigado o a su apoderado. Si dentro de los cinco días hábiles siguientes a la citación no es posible hacer la notificación personal al investigado o a su apoderado, cualquiera sea el motivo, ésta se surtirá por estado, el cual se fijará por el término de un (1) día en un lugar visible del despacho que efectúa la notificación.
