° Desde el día siguiente al en que sea puesto en conocimiento del Administrador de la Aduana de Cúcuta el presente decreto, la sal que se introduzca por aquel puerto pagará un derecho de cincuenta y cinco centavos ($ 0-55) oro por cada doce y medio kilogramos.
