º . Modificar el artículo 4º del Decreto 1446 de 1995, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 4º. Clasificación del servicio en función del nivel de cubrimiento . En razón al nivel de cubrimiento, el servicio se clasifica y define, según la clase de estación y los parámetros de operación establecidos en los planes técnicos, así: 1 . De Cubrimiento Zonal: Estaciones Clase A y Clase B. 2. De Cubrimiento Zonal Restringido: Estaciones Clase C. 3. De Cubrimiento Local Restringido: Estaciones Clase D.
