Registro de personas. El funcionario podrá ordenar el registro de las personas cuan do haya fundado motivo para creer que ocultan obj etos importantes para la investigación. Para practicarlo comisionará a personas del mismo sexo de la registrada, y se guardarán todas las consideraciones compatibles con la correcta ejecución del acto.
