Artículo segundo. El Almacenista General asegurará su manejo ante la Contraloría General de la República y velará porque todos los Almacenistas o Subalmacenistas, que tengan a su cuidado bienes muebles o inmuebles pertenecientes al Ministerio, otorguen la fianza de garantía requerida para el caso.
