ARTICULO 83 . Funciones de Policía Judicial. Cuando se adelanten investigaciones por enriquecimiento ilícito, los investigadores tendrán todas las funciones de Policía Judicial que la ley otorgue al Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial o a otras entidades que ejerzan estas funciones.

Parágrafo

Para el cumplimiento de las funciones de Policía Judicial, la unidad investigadora podrá requerir la colaboración del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial, del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, de miembros de la Policía Nacional (DIJIN y SIJIN), de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y de las autoridades de todo orden, quienes estarán obligadas a cumplir con la solicitud formulada.
