De los rieles usados y que no estén utilizándose en el Ferrocarril de Girardot, o en el Tolima-Huila-Caquetá, se ceden al Municipio de Lérida los que sean necesarios para montar las líneas de alta y baja tensión que deben llevar la luz eléctrica del Municipio de Armero al de Lérida.
