Para ejercer la profesión o la cátedra universitaria, no se requerirá homologar o convalidar el título de pregrado o posgrado otorgado por una institución de educación superior en el exterior, siempre que ésta tenga la aprobación del Estado donde esté localizada. Se excluyen de lo anterior, las ciencias jurídicas y de la salud.
