º. Los Jueces de Tierras y sus Secretarios, o los Oficiales Escribiente, cuando hagan las veces de éstos, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 122 de la Ley 105 de 1931, gozarán de viáticos siempre que practiquen diligencias fuera del Despacho, a razón de tres pesos ($ 3) y dos pesos ($ 2) diarios, respectivamente.
