Art 7°. La Nación ausiliará asi mismo con la suma de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) de su Tesoro, al distrito de San Jacinto, en la Provincia del Cármen, Estado de bolívar, el cual ha sido casi totalmente arrasado por un incendio en el mes de abril último.

Esta suma se destinará esclusivamente a la reedificacion de los locales de escuelas, cárcel i Casa municipal, i el Poder Ejecutivo nacional la pondrá, en dinero sonante, a disposicion del Presidente del Estado de Bolílvar con el objeto indicado, tomando para ello todas las seguridades que estime conducente a efecto de que dicha suma sea invertida como lo prescribe esta lei.
