º El Gobierno o el Ministro procederán, de acuerdo a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar la persona que deba ocupar el empleo que se establece en el presente Decreto. El empleado que estando al servicio del Ministerio fuere incorporado en dicho cargo, no requerirá llenar otra formalidad para posesionarse que la firma del Acta respectiva y el pago de impuesto de timbre correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración si a ello hubiere lugar.
