Cuando la Parte condenada en costas sea una persona jurídica, un ausente o un incapaz, su representante en el juicio estará obligado a pedir en todo caso la retasa de que trata el Artículo anterior. Si así no lo hiciere, el Juez o Tribunal ordenaran de oficio la retasa.
