Artículo sexto. Para la fijación del número, funciones y asignaciones de los empleos subalternos de carácter permanente en cada Notaría u Oficina de Registro, se requiere la aprobación del Ministerio de Justicia. Con tal fin, los Notarios y Registradores nombrados en propiedad deberán enviar al Ministerio una lista detallada de los cargos subalternos que en un concepto deban existir en la respectiva oficina, con expresión de funciones y remuneración. Cuando el Notario o Registrador estimare conveniente una modificación de la lista anterior, deberá obtener, previamente, igual aprobación.
