° Suprímese el almacén de sales de Ríohacha con los puestos que allí existen.

Parágrafo

El Inspector General de las Salinas Marítimas dispondrá el recibo de las existencia de sal en el almacén que se suprime, para que sean trasladadas á Barranquilla ó Cartagena, según lo estime conveniente.
