Además de las funciones previstas en el artículo anterior, en los Estatutos del Área Metropolitana se definirán otras atribuciones que se considere conveniente deban asumir las Juntas Metropolitanas, dentro de los límites de la Constitución y la ley, siempre que versen sobre hechos metropolitanos.
