Prorrógase el plazo señalado en el artículo 3° de la Ley 126 de 1914 , para la amortización de las libranzas que sobre Aduanas y Salinas de la República haya entregado el Gobierno a la Junta de Conversión, en virtud de lo dispuesto en dicha Ley, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1918.
