Decreto 48 de 1993 · por el cual se fijan las escalas de remuneración correspondientes a las distintas categorías de empleos de la Contraloría General de la República y se dictan otras disposiciones en materia salarial.

ARTICULO 4o. Fíjase el valor de la hora cátedra para las personas que cumplan funciones docentes en la Escuela de Capacitación de la Contraloría General de la República, en CINCO MIL QUINIENTOS CINCUENTA Y CINCO PESOS ($5.555.00) M/CTE.

Parágrafo

Los empleados de la Contraloría General de la República, que además de sus funciones, ejerzan la docencia en la Escuela de Capacitación, solamente podrán ser remunerados por este concepto hasta por veinte (20) horas-mes, siempre que la docencia se efectúe por fuera del horario normal de trabajo.
