Eximente del pago de derechos de importación el monumento costeado por suscripción popular, que se va a introducir al país para ser erigido en el cementerio de Barranquilla, á la memoria del distinguido médico y filántropo, Dr. Enrique Rodríguez Blanco, y la verja que ha de servirle de defensa al mismo monumento.
