Las asignaciones de que trata la presente Ley se pagarán con cargo a las apropiaciones del Ministerio de Justicia, que se refieran al pago de los establecimientos similares. En consecuencia, el Ministerio de Justicia queda facultado para verificar los traslados que sean necesarios, a fin de darle estricto cumplimiento a esta Ley.
