La Comisión de Personal del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores estará integrada por el Subsecretario de Asuntos Administrativos quien la presidirá; por el Subsecretario Asistente de Política Exterior y por el Jefe de la División de Asuntos Jurídicos. Actuará como Secretario el Jefe de la Sección de Personal quien llevará las actas correspondientes de sus reuniones, las cuales tendrán carácter reservado.
