Cuando se cumpla con la totalidad de los requisitos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Salud o la entidad en quien éste delegue podrán expedir la autorización sanitaria de instalación si se trata de una fuente fija artificial nueva, o la autorización sanitaria provisional de funcionamiento parte aire si se trata de modificaciones en una fuente fija artificial existente, a fin de que puedan iniciarse los procesos de construcción, instalación, ampliación o modificación correspondientes.
