Inscripción en el Fogafin. Las cesantías que se depositen en el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro tendrán la garantía del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras. Para tal efecto el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro deberá adelantar ante Fogafin las diligencias necesarias para lograr la inscripción respectiva, de conformidad con las normas vigentes.
