Informes técnicos o científicos. El juez podrá solicitar informes técnicos o científicos a la División de Arancel de la Dirección General de Aduanas, a los laboratorios merciológicos de las aduanas y a cualquier otro organismo idóneo, acerca de la naturaleza y caracteres de una mercancía. Tales informes deberán rendirse bajo juramento, que se entenderá prestado por el hecho de la firma, y serán apreciados conforme a las reglas de la sana crítica.
