Artículo segundo Los funcionarios que continúen prestando sus servicios en cargos cuya denominación y asignación hayan sido modificadas por el presente Decreto, no requieren llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional equivalente a la diferencia de la remuneración correspondiente.
