Del recaudo. Las empresas incubadoras actuarán como recaudadoras de la Cuota de Fomento Avícola.

Parágrafo

Los recaudadores de la Cuota de Fomento Avícola mantendrán provisionalmente los recursos respectivos en cuentas especiales y estarán obligados a transferirlos y entregarlos directamente a la entidad administradora durante los primeros diez días del mes siguiente al del recaudo.
