El revisor fiscal, el contador o el tenedor de los libros regulados en este Título que violen la reserva de los mismos, será sancionado con arreglo al Código Penal en cuanto a la violación de secretos y correspondencia, sin perjuicio de las sanciones disciplinarias del caso.
