ARTICULO 39. Cancelación de la prima de instalación en pesos. Cuando la prima de instalación se deba pagar en dólares por traslado del exterior al país y no sea situada oportunamente, el Agente tendrá derecho al pago de ella en pesos colombianos, al tipo de cambio oficial vigente para la fecha de su llegada al país.
