Auxiliase con la cantidad de treinta mil pesos ($ 30,000.00) al Hospital de Cañasgordas, suma que se destinará al ensanche del local y a la dotación de útiles, enseres e instrumentos quirúrgicos.

Parágrafo

El auxilio de que trata este artículo queda sujeto a la condición de que en su inversión el Hospital favorecido se someta a las disposiciones vigentes y a las que en lo sucesivo se dicten sobre instituciones de utilidad común, higiene y construcción de edificios nacionales.
